NNHS Shines at World Education Week Celebration 2021
World Education Week provides an opportunity for schools and education organizations to share their success stories and come together to advocate for universal access to high-quality education.
The 2021 theme was ‘School Celebration.’ This was a global effort to recognize the excellent advances made by schools and education institutions in the face of adversity during the pandemic. The T4 Alliance organization honored schools worldwide that have acquired exceptional competence that other educators and institutions can emulate.
As the first school in the SDO-Navotas to be featured in this international program, Navotas National High School made history. The event took place via Microsoft Teams on October 4, 2021. The indefatigable principal, Dr. Maria Cristina A. Robles, delivered the school’s learning continuity plan, dubbed as NNHS Learning Continuity Journey: A Whole School Approach.
Mr. Edmund Ternida, an outstanding English teacher and the event moderator, guided the program’s flawless flow. This virtual occasion drew almost 1000 spectators. NNHS was thrilled to highlight its humble beginnings in supporting educational advancements. It is an honor to inspire other schools with the story of NNHS’s transformation into a school of excellence.
